All the rooms are different and have immaculate decorations with high quality furniture and furnishings, bed linen and soft fluffy towels, they have the following individual features:
Room 1
This spacious double room on the first floor features a comfortable mahogany style bed with matching furniture along with a 21" TV and DVD player. Adult prices per person:

Child rates are not available for this room Where a child stays with 1 adult the rate for 2 adults would apply |

| Room 2
On the first floor, Room 2 offers the flexibility of a double bed and for families, a full size single bed. There is room for an additional roll-out bed for families with 2 children, allowing the younger members to share with parents. Room 2 can also be offered as a twin room. The TV is a wall mounted 21" flat screen.

GBP £30.00 - £35.00
Children (per child sharing with 2 adults):
5-12 years GBP £15.00
12-16years GBP £20.00
We do not have facilities to accommodate children under the age of 5 years. Children sharing a room with 1 adult are charged the full adult price. |

On the second floor Room 3 is a cosy bright airy superior double room with a stunning view over the rooftops to the Langdales. The TV is a 21" flat screen with a DVD player. This room is very popular with couples looking for a quiet romantic retreat.

| Room 4
Situated on the second floor this spacious room has a double bed flanked on either side by full size single beds. Room 4 has a lovely view over the rooftops to Orrest Head. This room is available as a double, twin, triple or quadruple room. For larger families it has space for 1 additional roll out bed, which can accommodate 2 adults and 3 young people. There is a large TV and a DVD player. Adult prices per person:

Children (per child sharing with 2 adults):
5-12 years GBP £15.00
